NUVA Institutional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end deal cycle with target TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations to drive capital deals for NUVA’s products.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at banks, funds, asset managers, institutions, DAOs, and/or major protocols / foundations.
- Develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures that address the investment needs of different institutional segments.
- Lead negotiations from first contact through final closing, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for institutional clients.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in institutional sales roles within the Finance or Web3 industry
- Demonstrable success in sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with institutional partners.
- Deep established network among large asset managers, funds, banks, DAOs, and/or large Web3 protocols / foundations.
- Deep interest in and strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA and DeFi.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented: able to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills with ability to work with teams including legal / compliance, art / design, product etc.
- Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
