NUVA Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to grow NUVA’s audience, brand awareness, and protocol engagement
- Track and analyze key engagement metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Support the creation of NUVA blog / article content for distribution across NUVA’s channels.
- Work with AB’s Events / Marketing team to develop key marketing materials in relation to NUVA
- NUVA Community Management:
- Manage and organize the end-to-end operation for all NUVA community building initiatives including events such as Twitter Spaces, podcasts, in-person events etc.
- Oversee and manage community management vendors covering platforms such as NUVA’s Discord and Telegram.
- Actively monitor all mentions of NUVA across social media platforms and news outlets and flag, manage and address any adverse news / negative sentiments.
- Establish and ensure best practices / standards and high engagement in NUVA’s online communities, fostering a positive, informative, and inclusive atmosphere.
- NUVA X / Twitter Handle Management:
- Own day-to-day operations of the NUVA Finance X handle, including creating posts and threads that highlight the platform’s mission / narrative, products and development etc.
- Collaborate with the art/design team to craft compelling, high quality visual assets to facilitate posts and campaigns, including videos, animations, graphics, charts etc.
- Actively engage throughout Crypto Twitter using the NUVA Finance handle, such as engaging with KOLs, other RWA and DeFi protocols etc., expanding and uplifting NUVA’s reach and reputation in the space.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in successfully growing Web3 brands
- Deep interest in and strong understanding of Web3, RWA and DeFi.
- Strong portfolio of creating viral, thought-leading content and effective community engagement.
- Strong strategic marketing skills — from concept to execution and analysis.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
- Basic graphic design skills / knowledge are a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to lead projects, adapt quickly, and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in liaising with external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with performance analytics tools for social media.
- Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
