Head of Social

What you'll do:
- Ensure all social content reinforces Arbitrum's core narrative. You will act as a brand partnerānot a service deskāguiding internal teams toward stronger storytelling and more effective channel use
- Translate complex technical developments into clear, credible narratives, pushing colleagues to articulate the who and why behind every announcement
- Partner across the organisation to shape how launches, partnerships, and research are communicated, ensuring a consistent voice across the product ecosystem
- Develop and execute cross-platform growth plans for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, balancing business-focused content with broader industry and cultural storytelling
- Own the social content calendar and internal operations, editing and publishing high-stakes content that strengthens brand credibility
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline publishing workflows, scaling high-quality content while maintaining elite editorial standards
- Direct internal teams and agencies to produce high-fidelity assets, including video, motion graphics, and technical visuals
- Stay embedded in the "meta", identifying the thought leaders and trends that matter across B2B LinkedIn and industry-focused X
- Lead and mentor a team of community managers to ensure 24/7 coverage and aligned messaging across all global regions
- Listen closely to the community and ecosystem participants, providing direct feedback to cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging remains relevant
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in social media marketing with direct experience in Web3
- Proven track record building and scaling social media accounts (X, LinkedIn & YouTube) with measurable impact
- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling content for different audiences
- Experience managing and/or mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives team success
- Highly organised with a excellent project management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, decentralised environment
- Strong understanding of the key KOLs and industry players within the blockchain ecosystem
