Corporate FIAT Channels Growth Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Fiat currency operations, with a strong focus on USD and EUR in/outflows to support institutional and corporate clients.
- Own the 0–1 design, rollout, and optimization of Fiat payment channel SOPs, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and operational scalability.
- Onboard and manage corporate clients while driving strong relationships with existing partners.
- Build, negotiate, and maintain relationships with financial corporates to expand and strengthen the global Fiat infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics across the entire Fiat lifecycle, including conversion rates, EDD efficiency, settlement speed, and first-trade timing.
- Partner closely with Product and Compliance teams to deliver data-driven improvements that enhance user onboarding, retention, and growth.
- Stay ahead of competitive and regulatory trends, translating insights into actionable strategies that expand Binance’s Fiat capabilities globally.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in USD/EUR Fiat in/outflow operations, including day-to-day settlement, reconciliation, risk management, and channel optimization.
- Direct exposure to big financial institutions with experience managing integrations, risk assessments, and partnership lifecycles.
- Demonstrated 0–1 SOP design and optimization ownership, with clear examples of measurable improvements.
- Strong product sense and problem-solving mindset: able to design innovative solutions under dynamic regulatory environments without compromising compliance or user experience.
- Excellent customer orientation, with proven ability to serve institutional clients and deliver differentiated experiences for large corporate accounts.
- Strong ownership mindset: proactive, resilient, and able to deliver beyond manager instructions — from idea to measurable business impact.
- High learning agility and intellectual maturity: able to self-educate (e.g., compliance knowledge) and apply learnings to operational improvements.
- Bilingual English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
