Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
- Foster strong, personalized relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment preferences.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored Binance products, such as trading accounts, staking solutions, or Web3 offerings, to meet their goals.
- Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with Binanceās platform and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client-facing processes and contribute ideas for improving Binanceās VIP offerings.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies for client acquisition.
- Stay informed on cryptocurrency market developments and Binance product updates to provide clients with expert advice.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with HNW individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
- Exceptional sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology; prior experience in the crypto industry is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is a plus.
