Growth Product Manager - Campaign/ User Journey

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive user growth strategies focused on improving conversion efficiency across the full user journey: acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
- Drive fission growth initiatives by leveraging viral loops, referral programs, and network effects to accelerate organic user acquisition and engagement.
- Identify core user needs and pain points through data and user insights, and develop AI-driven growth products that enhance user interaction and engagement.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear short-term and long-term goals tailored to both local and global markets, driving continuous improvement in user growth and experience.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data analysis to inform product feature development that increases platform appeal, user stickiness, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with campaign, lifecycle marketing, operations, and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives and optimize user funnels.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and iterate on product solutions to maintain competitive advantage in the fast-evolving crypto industry.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage the end-to-end development and deployment of growth-focused product features and experiments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in user growth, growth hacking, or product management roles, preferably within the financial or crypto sectors.
- Strong expertise in agile product development, data-driven decision making, and growth analytics.
- Proficient in analyzing growth data and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Experience designing and scaling fission growth mechanisms such as referral programs and viral loops is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
