Institutional Sales Manager - Global Mandarin Coverage

Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
- Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.
- Research and brainstorm on new methods of client acquisition based on data driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Math, Business or related fields.
- Having foundational understanding of the financial market (for example CFA level 1) is preferred
- Past experience doing sales in at a traditional brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
