Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and identify emerging trends, memes, and narratives within the crypto and degen communities
  • Create compelling, scroll-stopping social media content focused on themes of financial freedom, decentralization, and the future of money
  • Collaborate on global marketing campaigns that influence culture and community engagement, beyond traditional advertising
  • Support initiatives aimed at onboarding new users into Web3 and decentralized finance ecosystems
  • Engage with the community to understand sentiment and feedback, helping to refine content strategies

Requirements:

  • Deep passion for crypto, DeFi, and the concept of financial freedom
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially those popular in crypto communities (e.g., Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Reddit)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce bold, humorous, and experimental content
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a global team
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
  • Prior experience or active participation in crypto communities is a plus but not mandatory
