Marketing Manager - CIS

Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of CIS regional marketing, from business strategy to marketing on-hands daily execution;
- Develop and execute non-standard marketing initiatives that resonate with local culture and users;
- Design and execute user growth campaigns across acquisition, activation, and retention;
- Build and strengthen community engagement, working closely with Binance Angels and local partners;
- Organize and manage offline and online events (meetups, roadshows, collaborations);
- Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI;
- Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and product marketing teams to localize campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred);
- Proven track record in campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing;
- Native or advanced level Russian proficiency;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions;
- Comfortable taking full ownership and operating with accountability;
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken);
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Armenian, Uzbek, Kazak or Kyrgyz languages is a strong plus;
- Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable.

- Experience working in fast-scaling tech or fintech companies;
- Hands-on experience with local PR, influencers, or grassroots communities.
