Marketing Manager - Mexico

Responsibilities:
- Drive and support the strategic Marketing Plan which includes Strategy, planning and execution. It also means hands on tasks such as creating campaigns and implementation, work in collaboration with central teams (i.e. Creative , partnerships, brand, product) creating adaptation and localizations, the evaluation, implementation, and reporting.;
- Coordinate and define all aspects of MĆ©xicoās and Colombiaās marketing campaigns, such as growth mechanics, engagement activities and brand;
- Drive brand, comms and product campaigns;
- Create campaigns through the eye of the local consumer and consider Social Media, in collaboration with Paid, SEO and Engagement aspects to it;
- Act as the bridge between user-acquisition campaigns and brand marketing. Champion brand and user-focused narrative in all areas to drive user growth and adoption;
- Drive new campaign ideas to increase conversion and product adoption;
- Maintain a campaigns calendarization, planning and clear campaign reporting, including local and global campaigns;
- Copywriting and proof-reading campaign related communications;
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance;
- Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies along with delivering results;
- Support paid acquisition campaigns, referral campaigns and co-marketing campaigns;
- Drive local events, community meet up and educational efforts on the ground;
- Responsible for organization, execution and communication in social channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders;
- Experience working with integrated marketing campaigns;
- Project management skills;
- Understanding of the crypto market in general;
- Experience or strong interest in copywriting;
- Good understanding of branding, performance marketing and analytics;
- Experience in Social Media, Community management and influencer marketing is a plus;
- Hands-on approach;
- Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin when relevant;
- Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content generation, user segmentation, or campaign automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Discord/Telegram AI bots);
- Has worked in international teams and has experience managing projects with numerous stakeholders;
- Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
