Education Marketing Manager Kyrgyzstan

Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of educational initiatives in Kyrgyzstan — from ideation and planning to execution and performance evaluation;
- Develop and scale educational programs tailored to the Kyrgyz market, aligned with Binance’s strategic priorities;
- Collaborate closely with the Ministry of Education and other governmental and academic institutions to establish and deliver long-term educational projects;
- Plan, organize, and execute both offline and online educational events (roadshows, student programs, crypto schools, webinars);
- Manage the local marketing budget for educational initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency;
- Engage with stakeholders such as universities, schools, student organizations, and partners to maximize outreach and impact;
- Own analytics and reporting — track the effectiveness of educational campaigns, prepare reports, and optimize initiatives based on data-driven insights;
- Governmental and institutional relationship management;
- Strong project management skills — ability to independently run multiple initiatives in parallel and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or the educational sector;
- Proven track record in building, managing, and scaling educational programs or projects;
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry, its products, and adoption dynamics;
- Bilingual English/Kyrgyz is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders;
- Based in Kyrgyzstan;
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end;
- Experience working with governmental bodies or educational institutions, preferably within Central Asia;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build partnerships at different levels.
