Institutional Sales Manager (Poland/CIS)

Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients);
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs;
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers;
- Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.
Requirements:
- Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI
- Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
- Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
- Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
