Spot Institutional Growth Strategist

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire, activate, and scale institutional and TradFi clients on spot markets, with direct ownership of key growth initiatives
- Identify and define institutional workflows across execution, custody, settlement, reporting, risk, and compliance; work cross-functionally to close gaps between crypto-native and TradFi standards
- Build and operationalize growth frameworks targeting asset managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, market makers, and Treasuries
- Partner with VIP, Product, Compliance teams to influence the institutional roadmap and shape product features tailored to high-value clients
- Provide strategic insights based on data and market intelligence, guiding leadership decisions on prioritization, product-market fit, and revenue opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end (scoping, requirements, stakeholder alignment, execution, launch, client rollout)
- Represent institutional clients internally, translating client requirements into clear product and workflow specifications
- Conduct competitive landscape research and produce strategic recommendations on institutional market structure, liquidity, and emerging opportunities
- Build relationships with priority institutional accounts; proactively identify blockers to growth and champion solutions
- Oversee dashboards and performance monitoring, ensuring KPIs are aligned with institutional business goals
- Leverage data to surface new market segments and opportunities for ecosystem expansion
Requirements
- 5ā10+ years in TradFi, crypto, or institutional technology (exchange, broker-dealer, asset manager, prime broker, OMS/EMS vendor)
- Direct experience with BlackRock Aladdin, or alternative institutional OMS/portfolio platforms (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, Eze EMS)
- Demonstrated ability to independently run multi-stakeholder, high-impact initiatives or product launches
- Bachelorās degree or higher in Finance or Business, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
