Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.分析市场活动表现、客户行为及市场趋势,识别机会与风险.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.开发并维护营销仪表盘和报告,跟踪关键绩效指标(KPI)和投资回报率(ROI).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.与市场和销售团队合作,明确数据需求,支持活动策划.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.进行竞争对手分析和市场调研,为营销策略提供依据.
- Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.使用数据可视化工具,向相关方清晰展示分析结果.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.识别趋势,提出优化营销预算和效果的建议.
- Operations, strategies, and specific KOL traffic analysis, performance analysis (registration conversion), etc.经营,策略和具体KOL的流量分析,效果分析(注册转化)等.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.市场营销、商业、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历.
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.具备市场分析、商业智能或相关岗位的工作经验.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.熟练使用Excel、SQL、Tableau、Power BI等数据分析工具.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.较强的分析能力,能够解读复杂数据.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage. 优秀的中英文双语沟通能力, 能够内部更好的和合作方协调。
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.了解数字营销渠道及指标者优先.
- Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus. 具备统计软件或编程语言(Python、R)经验者优先.
