Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic analysis and provide advisory support to guide business decisions.
- Develop and support evaluation frameworks for assessing potential initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across departments to drive alignment and execution.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering insights and reports to senior management.
- Work flexible hours as needed, adapting to varying schedules and deadlines as directed by the assigned supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis, business advisory, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
- Prior experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is a plus.
