Responsibilities
- Lead offline acquisition strategy and in-market growth initiatives focused on driving app downloads, payments adoption, activation among individual customers and small merchants.
- Identify and engage local vendors, retail partners, and distribution channels to expand point-of-contact opportunities and install apps for users.
- Plan and execute growth campaigns, monitor core metrics like new user growth and retention.
- Select, onboard, and manage third-party vendors, promoters, and channel partners in each assigned country or region.
- Build scalable playbooks and SOPs for consistent vendor performance and execution quality.
- Monitor and analyze field performance metrics, using data to inform actions and optimize acquisition spend and channel mix.
- Use user behavior and cohort analysis to refine field strategy and maximize ROI.
- Partner with local leadership and global teams to localize messaging and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years relevant experience in field marketing, sales operations, channel management, or user acquisition roles - ideally in tech platforms, payments, or marketplace growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proven experience coordinating and managing third-party vendors / field teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with cross-regional coordination.
- Business fluency in English
