Responsibilities
- Review and analyze cardholder dispute claims, gather evidence, and communicate with users to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve disputes within regulatory deadlines and identify potential fraud.
- Support compliance by monitoring merchant activity, analyzing data, and escalating suspicious patterns to protect the ecosystem.
- Assist in resolving critical card and pay program queries, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvements, document SOPs, and perform operational tasks to enhance Pay & Card service efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Proactive mindset with experience or interest in payments, card operations, or compliance preferred.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of documenting processes and driving continuous improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet regulatory deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, operations, or related fields.
