About the Role
Binance is looking for a self-driven BD professional with 5–7 years of experience to grow spot trading volume market share through institutional and regional channels. This role sits inside the VIP team and operates at the intersection of client development, regional market dynamics, and product feedback.
Responsibilities:
Acquire and activate VIP-tier clients, prop trading firms, hedge funds, market makers, HNW retail desks, and convert them into sustained spot volume contributors
Own a regional volume target and track performance against spot market share metrics vs competitors
Identify and work with internal teams to design incentive structures or campaign responses
Build localised go-to-market strategies that adapt global Binance products to regional market structure, client behaviour, and regulatory context
Develop and maintain relationships with regional trading communities, OTC desks, VIP aggregators, and local crypto networks
Co-ordinate with internal teams on regional trading competitions, fee promos, and volume campaigns tied to measurable outcomes
Capture and structure client feedback on margin, sub-accounts, lending terms, and OTC workflow into actionable product proposals
Work with product and engineering stakeholders to validate institutional feature gaps and contribute to prioritisation discussions
Run small-scale pilots with anchor clients to test product iterations before broader rollout
Maintain your own competitive intelligence cadence, track competitor moves, fee changes, and campaign activity across named exchanges
Identify growth opportunities from market signals and initiate sprint-sized experiments (2–4 weeks) to test them
Able to produce clean, standalone briefs, CP alerts, product proposals, client summaries

Requirements:
5–7 years in financial services, crypto exchange, or trading BD with direct client-facing responsibility
Track record of growing trading volume or AUM at the account or segment level, can speak to specifics
Working knowledge of exchange mechanics: VIP tier structures, maker/taker fee dynamics, liquidity behaviour, fee sensitivity
Operates effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without a detailed brief
Clear, direct written communication briefs and proposals that don't need heavy editing
Exposure to both TradFi (asset management, prime brokerage, treasury operations) and crypto-native environments
Familiarity with institutional margin products, lending structures and products
Regional market depth in SEA, MENA, Korea, or CEE
Existing network of institutional or VIP-tier trading counterparties
