About the Role
You'll be embedded in Binance's Institutional BD team, working directly on growing and retaining our institutional client base across the globe. This isn't a coffee-and-slides internship — you'll be doing real work: research, client support, market analysis, and helping the team move faster. If you want to understand how the world's largest crypto exchange builds institutional relationships, this is the room.
What You'll Do
- Research and map institutional client segments (hedge funds, quant firms, family offices, market makers, corporate treasuries) — build and maintain prospect databases
- Support BD leads with pitch preparation, meeting follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Analyze daily volume data and competitor intelligence to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with onboarding workflows — coordinating between clients, compliance, and product teams
- Prepare materials for client meetings: product summaries, market updates, competitive comparisons
- Monitor competitor activity and flag relevant developments to the team
- Support product adoption campaigns
- Help draft internal reports, BD digests, and team briefings
What You'll Get
- Direct exposure to institutional crypto BD at the world's largest exchange
- Work alongside senior BD professionals covering APAC's top crypto clients
- Hands-on experience with real institutional products and client relationships
- Fast-paced, high-ownership environment — your work will matter from day one
Who We're Looking For
- Final year undergrad or postgrad student in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Genuine curiosity about crypto, digital assets, and institutional markets — you follow the space
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data using AI, building tables, spotting patterns
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, can manage multiple tasks without hand-holding
- Prior internship in finance, sales, or research preferred but not required
Availability & Commitment
- Candidates must be available 5 full working days per week with a minimum contract duration of 6 months to ensure continuity and meaningful contribution to ongoing projects.
