Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Manage paid search campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
- Global User Acquisition: Drive the expansion of our user base globally for both web and app, focusing on achieving high-quality, high-volume growth and maximizing return on investment.
- Advanced Strategy Development: Craft and implement cutting-edge paid search strategies and operational models at scale, launching new product lines through research and implementation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize large-scale, complex operations by utilizing industry-leading paid search methodologies, tools, and platforms to achieve superior performance.
- Budget Management: proactively manage budget allocation and pacing across campaigns to ensure optimal ROI and the successful achievement of key performance indicators.
- Performance Optimization: optimize creative assets, and improve conversion rates through the refinement of landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and audiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, search engine updates, and evolving financial user behavior to ensure campaigns remain competitive and highly effective.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market opportunities and gaps within the financial sector, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities, ensuring all strategic decisions are informed by actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present clear, comprehensive reports on campaign performance, market intelligence, and future strategies to key stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Hands-On Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hands-on paid search marketing, with an excellent track record in web and app growth.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Finance or Tech is a plus
- Platform Use: Demonstrated deep expertise in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, coupled with proven success in scaling campaigns globally
