You'll Be Empowered To ๐ฎ:
- Proactively originate and close high-value commercial deals with top-tier studios and publishers across the APAC region
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of high-quality opportunities and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market motion for APAC from segmentation and outreach to negotiation and final contract signature
- Represent Immutable across the region by attending industry events, building relationships with senior decision makers, and amplifying our brand narrative
- Feed deep regional insights back into Product, Marketing, and Engineering to influence roadmap, positioning, and competitive strategy
- Run disciplined deal cycles with strong forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and clear communication to cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner closely with leadership to evolve the GTM strategy and identify new vectors of growth as the business scales
We'd Love You To Bring ๐ค:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise BD or sales across gaming, B2B tech, marketing platforms, or high growth startups
- Top consultants welcome, especially those who have shifted from strategy or management consulting into commercial or go to market roles and now want to own revenue outcomes end to end
- A proven track record of sourcing, shaping, and closing large complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Demonstrated success building greenfield pipeline in a new region or new market category
- Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to deeply understand studio needs and connect them to product value
- Strong influencing and communication skills, able to craft high conviction pitches and run executive level conversations
- Operational rigour across CRM, forecasting, and deal execution with a bias for action in fast paced environments
- High learning velocity with the ability to adapt quickly to new products, markets, and customer segments
