The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a core GTM hire critical to the success of both KAST, the stablecoin neobank, and OUTKAST. The PMM will be responsible for defining and executing the product messaging, content, and materials required to support local market campaigns and drive adoption across both brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner with the GTM, Product, and Operations teams to develop and execute the GTM strategy for new features, products, and market expansions for both KAST and OUTKAST.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas in local markets for both the stablecoin neobank (KAST) and OUTKAST offerings.
  • Content and Collateral: Create high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials, including website copy, product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and campaign assets tailored for local campaigns.
  • Local Campaign Support: Serve as the product expert for local marketing teams, providing them with the necessary content, materials, and training to successfully launch and run campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the stablecoin and neobank landscape, and integrate these insights into product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of product content and messaging in local campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably within the FinTech, Neobank, or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain space. Experience marketing both B2C and B2B products is a plus.
  • GTM Expertise: Strong track record in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for new products or market entry.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial/crypto concepts into clear, concise, and engaging marketing copy.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Local Marketing: Experience supporting or developing content for geo-specific or local marketing campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with stablecoins, neobanking models, and the regulatory environment.
