Reporting to the Sr Director, Paid Marketing, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support Kraken’s Performance Marketing team - someone who can bring structure without slowing us down, and elevate the quality of what we ship.
Our team supports all product “pods” at Kraken — including Earn, Margin, Futures, Krak, Equities, and more. That means we’re constantly launching and scaling:
Evergreen campaigns
New product launches

Seasonal initiatives
Cross-functional growth experiments
We’re a small, fast-moving team operating across multiple products, regions and timelines — and we need someone to bring structure, prioritization, and clarity to everything we’re building.
This is a fully remote position.
The opportunity
Project & Pipeline Management
Own tracking of all ongoing performance creative and campaign initiatives across pods
Manage timelines across product launches, promos, and evergreen campaigns
Help prioritize what ships when, based on launch calendars and growth impact
Ensure we always have a healthy evergreen creative pipeline
Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Act as the bridge between Performance Marketing and:
Product Marketing Managers (PMMs)
Pod leads
Regional growth leads
Brand & Design teams
Keep the performance design queue organized and moving
Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and actionable before entering design
Design & Creative QA
Serve as a sounding board for performance creatives
-
QA assets before launch — flagging:
Messaging clarity
Visual hierarchy
Performance-readiness (hook strength, thumbstop quality, format best practices)
Provide feedback to sharpen and elevate creative output
Ideally bring both performance marketing and design intuition
Strategic Organization
Identify bottlenecks and process gaps
Help standardize briefing and launch workflows
Improve visibility across initiatives and campaign status
Balance short-term launches with long-term creative scaling
Skills you should HODL
Strong project management experience in a fast-paced marketing or growth team
Experience working with performance marketing teams (paid social, search, display, etc.)
Deep understanding of creative production workflows
Strong design eye and ability to give constructive creative feedback
Ability to prioritize competing initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working across multiple product verticals simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communicator — able to push back and drive alignment when needed
Proficiency or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize project work flows
Nice to haves
Experience in performance marketing, growth, or creative production
Experience working closely with designers
Crypto / fintech familiarity is a plus
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-growth environments
