About the Project
We are now building a new 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative. Stablecoins are one of the fastest growing categories in crypto, with clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. Global banks, fintechs like Stripe, and crypto-native players are investing heavily in this space. Our idea is focused on APAC, where we have a strong foothold. Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull, and we are now setting up the right team to scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategy & Growth Lead to spearhead our new stablecoin payments initiative. You’ll own go-to-market experiments, define ICP, and help drive early product-market fit. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine analytical rigor with hands-on execution — testing channels, iterating fast, and shaping the trajectory of a zero-to-one product.
What You’ll Do
- Design and run go-to-market experiments across APAC markets
- Define ICP and validate product-market fit through data-driven iteration
- Manage budgets, track performance, and identify winning channels (B2B2C, B2C)
- Partner with product and BD teams to align experiments with roadmap priorities
- Prepare insights and materials for investors, advisors, and strategic partners
Who You Are
- 3–6 years in growth, strategy, or product roles at startups or consulting/VC
- Experience running go-to-market experiments and analyzing results
- Comfortable moving between analysis, execution, and cross-functional leadership
- Prior exposure to fintech/crypto/payments strongly preferred
- Hands-on operator who enjoys testing, learning, and iterating quickly
