- Own and drive the backend architecture for all growth-related platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
- Lead the engineering efforts on:
- Paid Ads and Channel Tracking infrastructure (e.g., attribution, measurement, data pipelines).
- Affiliate Program, Referral Program, and Partner Management Systems.
- SEO/ASO tools and backend services to optimize organic growth.
- Content management systems and tooling to support content-driven growth strategies.
- Experimentation, A/B testing platforms, and personalization engines.

- Lead and mentor backend engineering teams across multiple growth verticals, promoting best practices and high-quality code delivery.
- Collaborate with Growth Product Managers, Marketing, Data, and BI teams to translate growth strategies into robust backend solutions.
- Oversee system integration with third-party marketing, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Establish engineering excellence standards for code quality, observability, automation, security, and performance.
- Identify and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of growth engineering.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role in growth or marketing technology teams.
- Proven experience leading backend engineering for growth systems such as paid marketing, referral programs, affiliate programs, SEO/ASO, or MarTech stacks.
- Deep hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems, data pipelines, and API development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backend architectures.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (CRM, ad tracking, attribution, affiliate management platforms).
- Experience working closely with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to enable data-driven growth strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
