About the Opportunity:
This internship opportunity, lasting 6 to 12 months, requires a commitment of three days per week. We are looking for undergraduate or university students who possess strategic foresight in the Web3 industry and a strong passion for content creation. The ideal candidate will be adept at integrating Web3 trends with various content, AI, and video tools to effectively drive user growth, acquisition, and retention.
What You'll be Doing
- Content Creation and Execution: Plan and produce engaging content (such as short videos and articles) that highlights the appeal of the OKX brand and Web3 products, driving user acquisition through various channels.
- Growth Operations: Design and execute growth experiments (such as A/B testing and viral campaigns) to optimize content dissemination and user conversion rates across content and community channels.
- AI Tool Application: Utilize AI tools (such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Canva) to generate creative content, analyze user behavior, and optimize marketing copy, enhancing work efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Track content performance metrics (such as views, engagement rates, and conversion rates), analyze user behavior, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Market Research: Combine insights from Web3 industry trends and user research to inform growth strategies.
What We Look For In You
- Current university undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with the content ecosystems of Twitter and YouTube; understanding of content preferences among Hong Kong and Chinese users, with prior account management experience preferred.
- Strong self-motivation and a keen interest in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries; basic knowledge of crypto trading is a plus.
- Proficient in AI tools (such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, Runway) for content creation or data analysis; basic programming or automation scripting experience is a plus.
- Fundamental data analysis skills; familiar with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with a preference for copywriting and video creation abilities.
- Highly proactive, adaptable to a fast-paced growth hacking environment, and willing to experiment with innovative approaches.
- Fluent in Chinese and English is a must to interact with different stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Proven success in content creation on platforms such as Twitter, WeChat, or YouTube (e.g., personal accounts, brand collaborations).
- Understanding of growth hacking methodologies (e.g., AARRR model: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Experience participating in Web3-related communities (e.g., Discord, Twitter/X).
