About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to join our growing CEO Office BI function. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business strategy, performance, and decision-making in a particular domain such as Growth, Business Efficiency or ARC (Audit, Risk, and Compliance). This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, build scalable BI solutions, and provide insights that guide critical business functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) to monitor business performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization — such as Product, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance — to understand their data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. Work with data engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and architecture where necessary.
- Project Management: Lead BI initiatives from requirement gathering through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely outcomes.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Empower business users with self-service analytics capabilities and provide training on interpreting data outputs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on BI trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to improve BI processes and tools.
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with modern BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Looker.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to collaborate with internal stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
