About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- DeFi Growth Strategy: Design and execute the growth framework for our Web3/DeFi products, with a focus on user acquisition, activation, and repeat on-chain engagement.
- User & Market Insights: Analyze wallet behavior, swap flows, protocol usage, and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and product gaps.
- Experimentation & Performance: Build and run acquisition and activation experiments across Web3-native channels, optimizing conversion from wallet creation → first on-chain action → retention.
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Develop strategic collaborations with DeFi protocols, liquidity partners, aggregators, DAOs, gaming projects, and Web3 communities to broaden reach and drive high-quality users.
- Community Activation: Lead activation across X, Telegram, Discord, and on-chain communities to build engaged user loops and expand our DeFi presence.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Product, CLM, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver initiatives tied to measurable outcomes for the DeFi business.
- Reporting & Governance: Maintain clear visibility on performance metrics, ecosystem trends, and growth priorities; present data-led recommendations to product and business leadership.
What We Look For In You
- 3–6 years in growth, product growth, or ecosystem roles within crypto, Web3, DeFi, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of DeFi (AMMs, lending, staking, L1/L2 networks, wallets, routing, token incentives, liquidity flows).
- Proven track record growing user bases or driving on-chain adoption.
- Data-driven thinker comfortable with funnel analysis, dashboards, experimentation, and performance insights.
- Strong communication and cross-functional execution skills.
- Strategic and structured operator with the ability to move fast and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
