Who We Are
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for user acquisition across the U.S. market, with a focus on scalable, product-integrated growth.
- Build and optimize acquisition engines across multiple channels, including organic, SEO/ASO, affiliates, referrals, influencers, paid media, and in-product surfaces.
- Drive end-to-end growth experiments, from defining ambiguous problems, forming hypotheses, building MVPs, to validating and scaling successful loops.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to ship growth-driving features such as onboarding flows, incentive systems, viral loops, in-app campaigns, and growth automation tools.
- Identify the highest-leverage opportunities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, prioritizing speed, clarity, and measurable impact.
- Explore product-integrated campaign mechanisms to drive high-quality user growth.
- Influence senior stakeholders on strategy, learnings, and next-step investment decisions.
- 8+ years of product experience with a proven track record driving hyper-growth at consumer technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to build 0-to-1 and 1-to-n growth products in ambiguous environments.
- Deep proficiency in experimentation: funnel analytics, A/B testing, causal inference, and rapid iteration frameworks.
- Ability to connect qualitative user insight with quantitative signals to guide strategy and prioritization.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bias for action and a strong accountability mindset, comfortable making fast decisions with imperfect information.
- Experience in fintech, web3, payments, or marketplaces with regulatory constraints.
- Background in running product-integrated campaigns such as deposit matches, referral programs, or reward-based activation loops.
- Engineering or data background enabling deeper partnership with technical teams.
