Role Overview:
Day-to-day role:
- Analyse and filter OKX’s existing UAE registered users (KYC1/KYC2) to identify and prioritise potential high-value prospects, using criteria such as occupation, address, income, and trading activity.
- Engage directly with customers through calls and outreach to qualify leads, assess their potential, and pass them to senior BD managers for activation and upsell.
- Monitor and highlight client behaviour trends, including loss of trading business or shifts in wallet value (e.g. clients using OKX rails but trading elsewhere).
- Conduct welcome calls for newly registered users meeting high-value criteria, validating and qualifying their potential for VIP onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Wholesale BD team to align on lead quality, revenue thresholds, and incentive structures.
- 100-150 calls a day: qualifying leads and uncovering opportunities
- 5-10 leads per day for Senior BDs to action and activate/upsell.
- $250k per month of pipeline creation
- Direct impact and revenue generation of $100k+ over 3 months
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and patterns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, CRM platforms, Tableau, and business intelligence software for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries is a plus
