About The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented, determined-to-learn, and proactive Growth Operations Manager to join our Strategic Markets Team. This ideal candidate will be for Türkiye.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, data analysis and operations across a broad range of marketing themes within the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry and possess a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated growth campaigns using data-driven insights to increase user acquisition and retention.
- Track campaign performance and analyze user data, applying insights gained through A/B testing to refine future efforts.
- Analyze market trends and user data to optimize growth strategies and marketing activities continually.
- Establish and maintain templated workflows that enable quick turnarounds for high-impact initiatives.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring scalable processes that accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on company-wide growth initiatives.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or similar roles (crypto/fintech is a plus).
- Proficient in data analysis; able to translate numbers into clear action items.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment; taking ownership and moving projects forward.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Resident of Turkiye.
- Fluency in English and Turkish will be required as the role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders based in Turkiye.
