What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the overall affiliate growth strategy for the US and other regulated markets, aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
- Define affiliate growth as a product capability, including segmentation, commercial models and funnel design
- Translate growth strategy into a clear product roadmap, experimentation plan, and success metrics.

- Regulated-Market Execution & Compliance-Aware Scaling
- Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Leadership. Build, scale, and manage a diverse affiliate ecosystem, including major affiliate networks, KOLs, communities and publishers.
- Data-Driven Performance & Optimization: Own core performance metrics across the funnel: CAC, LTV, ROI, activation rate, trading conversion, and GMV contribution.
- Partner with Data and Product teams to ensure clean attribution, reliable tracking, and actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Content, and Marketing to ship high-converting results.
- People Management & Team Building
Core Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth, affiliate, partnerships, or product-led growth roles.
- Proven experience owning affiliate or partnership growth end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and results.
- Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns.
- Demonstrated success being measured against hard business metrics (GMV, ROI, revenue, CAC).
- Experience at a leading crypto exchange
- Experience at a hyper-growth consumer or transaction platform
- Hands-on experience driving growth in the US & EEA markets, ideally in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
- A strong, real network of affiliates, KOLs, or growth partners, and a track record of converting relationships into results.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels and attribution challenges.
- Experience operating across both Web2 and Web3 growth mechanics.
- Strong personal interest and understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
- Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Impact.
- Prior experience building or scaling teams from early to growth stage.
