What You'll Own
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy to meaningfully expand market share in the Token Market and DEX Aggregator landscape, with a clear focus on outcompeting Jupiter, Axiom, and other key rivals
- Identify and prioritize growth levers across product, distribution, liquidity, and community
- Navigate regional regulatory landscapes proactively, ensure all growth programs (incentive structures, KOL partnerships, regional campaigns) are designed with compliance boundaries in mind across key markets (US, NEA, SEA, CIS, MENA, etc.)
Liquidity & Asset Strategy
- Build relationships with market makers, liquidity providers, and institutional desks to secure differentiated and exclusive liquidity
- Identify and onboard high-demand assets ahead of competitors; develop a pipeline for exclusive or early listings
- Work closely with the product and BD teams to translate liquidity insights into structural advantages
Trader & B2B Channel Development
- Recruit and negotiate with high-volume traders and professional trading desks, structuring customized incentive programs (i.e. fee tiers, revenue-share mechanism)
- Build scalable B2B acquisition playbooks for trading firms, prop desks, and on-chain power users
- Own deal efficiency metrics: time-to-close, volume activated per deal, retention of top accounts
Community & B2C Growth
- Optimize referral systems and revenue growth campaigns to drive sustainable growth
- Architect and rapidly expand community node, ambassador, and super-team structures in the global market
- Recruit, onboard, manage, and incentivize top-tier KOLs, influencers, channels, and opinion leaders to deliver measurable traffic
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities
- Synthesize market intelligence & insights to directly influence product roadmap and competitive positioning
- Lead, mentor, and manage an existing growth team with rapid scaling plans tied to DAT, DTV, and Revenue — including OKR setting, 1:1s, career development, and monthly reviews
Who You Are
- 5–10 years of experience in growth, BD, or market expansion roles, ideally in Crypto/DeFi/CeFi or high-growth fintech
- Deep understanding of DEX/DeFi mechanics: AMMs, order books, liquidity pools, token incentives, on-chain trading behavior
- Proven track record of building and closing B2B partnerships with traders, funds, or institutional counterparties
- Experience structuring incentive programs (fee structures, retainer, referral) and measuring their ROI against volume and revenue impact
- Strong existing network within the crypto trading and community ecosystem — you can make calls that others can't
- Demonstrated ability to lead both B2B and B2C growth tracks simultaneously, balancing institutional partnership development with community-driven retail acquisition
- Data-driven and analytically rigorous: fluent in growth metrics, funnel analytics, and on-chain data interpretation; able to independently query and analyze on-chain data (Dune, Nansen, Token Terminal, etc.) to drive growth decisions — this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Sufficient in English, and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred
