About The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute localized growth and marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Europe with a focus on Poland and CEE.
- Own the end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across top-of-funnel and mid-funnel channels.
- Identify growth opportunities across OKX Exchange and other products.
- Drive evergreen campaigns to ensure sustained user acquisition and engagement.
Marketing & Performance
- Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and long-term growth.
- Build and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with regional objectives.
- Manage a network of freelancers and external partners to support marketing and growth initiatives.
Campaign, Events & GTM Operations
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of growth and GTM campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end execution of sponsored events, including planning, coordination, activation, and post-event performance tracking.
- Own campaign workflows, templates, and SLAs to ensure efficient and scalable execution.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, BD, and Regional teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
Marketing & Lifecycle Growth
- Support lifecycle initiatives including email, CRM, and in-product messaging to improve activation and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and launch user education, feature adoption, and incentive programs.
Operational & Product Support
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of regional marketing and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Product team to support product operations, launches, feature rollouts, and localization efforts.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Data & Performance Measurement
- Define, track, and analyze growth KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and product performance to continuously optimize strategies.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable growth recommendations.
Collaboration & Governance
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure all growth initiatives comply with local regulations and internal governance standards, including appropriate disclosures.
- Review campaign materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with OKX brand guidelines.
What We Look For In You
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Campaign Operations, or Project Management, preferably within web3, trading or fintech.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, trading and web3 user behavior.
- Proven experience executing data-driven growth and performance marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing paid media, SEO, freelancers, and event activations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into execution.
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, taking ownership and driving results.
