The Role
What You'll Do
- Own affiliate campaign strategy β develop, manage, and continuously optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Build and expand affiliate networks β identify, onboard, and grow new affiliate partnerships while improving the performance of existing ones from the ground up.
- Drive influencer growth β spearhead influencer outreach and relationship-building in local markets to bring engaged trading users and revenue to the platform.
- Source new partnership opportunities β devise creative and scalable strategies to identify and attract high-potential affiliates.
- Optimize BD strategy β design and execute action plans that improve conversion rates across the affiliate funnel.
- Leverage data for decisions β analyze user behavior, habits, and market trends to forecast business development opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of building large-scale affiliate networks from scratch.
- Fluency in Turkish Language is required.
- Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs (CPA, CPL, LTV, conversion rates) and data-driven optimization methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
