Who We Are
About The Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
- Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
- Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
- Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
- Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
- Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
- 5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
- Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
- Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
- Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
- Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
- Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
