Who We Are
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for Web3 products, covering user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Lead community and ecosystem operations, applying growth methodologies (segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign operations, channel distribution) to grow engagement and ecosystem participation.
- Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends with speed and precision, crafting content strategies and go-to-market plays to capture user mindshare.
- Drive ToB ecosystem partnerships β lead commercial negotiations with projects, protocols, and communities to establish deep collaborations.
- Plan and execute global online and offline events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and user scale.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3.
- A blend of internet-style user operations capability and Web3 industry knowledge β equally comfortable with data-driven retention tactics and on-chain narrative plays.
- A deep understanding of the industry ecosystem β knows what infra providers, VCs, DApps, and exchanges are doing, and what users are actively engaged in.
- Strong ToB negotiation skills β able to independently drive partnership discussions with ecosystem projects and protocols.
- A self-starter with bold ideas and strong execution β able to initiate and drive innovative plays in a fast-moving market.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, and reading) with the ability to communicate effectively in international teams and communities.
- Results-driven with a strong ownership mentality; able to independently drive complex projects end-to-end.
