About the Team
You will join OKX's Web3 team, focused on driving growth for OKX Web3, with a focus on Web3 protocols.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for OKX Web3 tools, including identifying and activating target user segments.
- Deeply understand on-chain protocols and user behaviors, designing effective incentive programs and growth playbooks.
- Establish deep partnerships with project/protocol teams, driving joint operations, liquidity management, and ecosystem incentive programs.
- Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics, continuously optimizing growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams to drive product optimization and feature iterations that support growth objectives.

- 深入理解Web3协议的运作机制与用户行为，设计有效的全球增长策略和激励方案。
- 与项目方建立深度合作关系，推动联合运营、流动性管理及生态激励计划。

- 与产品、技术及生态团队紧密协作，推动产品优化和功能迭代以满足增长需求。
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3 and extensive knowledge of on-chain protocols (including liquidity pools, automated smart contract liquidation, etc.), with practical hands-on usage and operational experience in Web3 protocols. Candidates with experience in driving Crypto/Web3-related growth will be preferred.
- Proficient in on-chain data analysis, able to independently use on-chain tools to track and analyze user behavior and protocol performance.
- Existing relationships within Web3 communities and protocol teams, with the ability to build ecosystem partnerships.
- Results-driven, able to set strategies around core metrics and drive execution.
- Fluent in English, able to collaborate effectively with international protocol teams.
Nice to Have
- Prior operations experience at a major Web3 protocol
- Experience in public chain ecosystem growth
- Experience designing liquidity incentive programs
- Foundational understanding of smart contracts
- 3年以上Crypto/Web3行业经验以及丰富链上协议知识（包括资金池、智能合约自动清算等），有实际使用和运营经验。有有Crypto业务/ Web3协议增长经验者优先。
- 熟悉链上数据分析，能独立使用链上工具追踪和分析用户行为与协议表现。
- 拥有Web3社区和协议方资源，具备生态合作拓展能力。
- 结果导向，能围绕核心指标制定策略并推动执行。
- 英语流利，能与国际协议团队高效协作。
