About the Role
Your mission is simple but high-stakes: Find and onboard crypto whales in Nigeria.
We define a VIP as anyone trading $1,000,000+ per month in spot trading volume. Youâll build and convert a pipeline of high-net-worth crypto-native traders, from outbound outreach to referral mining, and turn them into Quidax VIPs.
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Duration: 1 Year
What Youâll be Doing
Month 3:
Build a pipeline of at least 150 qualified leads (crypto-native, Nigeria-based, trading at least $1,000,000/month).
Onboard 30 new VIPs monthly (minimum $1M in monthly volume per VIP).
Month 6:
Consistently close 30 new VIPs monthly, generating $10,000,000/month in gross revenue.
Month 12:
Be a top performer in the VIP sales pod.
A clear growth path to a Senior Sales Executive.
Biggest Challenge Youâll Tackle
Finding crypto whales, OTC Traders, P2P Merchants & HNIs in Nigeria and building your pipeline from the ground up.
Running bold, smart, and data-driven outbound outreach.
Turning cold leads into loyal VIPs by earning their trust and building key relationships
Working with the Commercial team to shape offers and fee deals that close deals and keep traders coming back.
Staying on top of your numbers â pipeline, close rates, revenue â and moving like someone who came to win.
Who Weâre Looking For
3+ years of experience in retail crypto sales, financial products, or high-ticket sales (crypto or TradFi)
Track record of closing outbound sales and managing large deal pipelines
Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and value seller
Comfort with high-performance environments, you want to be the best
Self-starter who thrives without handholding
Bonus: Experience selling to or managing crypto traders or funds
Reporting Line
Youâll report to the Head of API/B2B Growth and Partnerships and partner with Product, Engineering and Merchant Success teams to make magic happen.
